About

I see so many beautiful faces out there. Only if there were as many beautiful hearts.

A Hopeless Anachronism is a project by Souravik to expand his personal understanding of the experiences of life and the intricate exchange of energy between all things living and non-living in the universe. The aim is to experience thoughts, to create visuals and to share the stories.

Souravik is just another guy you can find next door. Apart from pursuing his PhD in Robotic Motion Planning from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, he likes to read and write, while reflecting on his experiences in the world. Hailing from Kolkata, India, he is a Bengali by his mother tongue, and reads and writes in both English and Bengali. He is also a dancer and choreographer. Currently, he is the Chairperson of NTU GSA Dance Crew. He also serves as the leader of CHOREOMANTICS, the Hip Hop wing . As a sports enthusiast, Souravik frequently plays Table-Tennis, Badminton, Football and Cricket.

Being fond of traveling, Souravik loves to hit the beaches, the mountains, the greens and the browns. He has interest in videography and has recently started to dig deep into the particular art of film-making. The plan is to utilize the trips to various places across South-East Asia as his opportunity to capture clips and knit those together into beautiful motion pictures.
